I was in to get an engine recall evaluation, oil change, brake job, and a tire fixed. Given the amount of work that needed to be done, I felt this was all done in a very timely manner. They greeted me right away and got me settled. The technician came and talked to me within the time he had stated that he would and told me what they had found - he explained everything and then once i said it was OK to fix told me how long it would take. The finished in under that time and thus it was less than he had originally quoted. He also took the time to find me a coupon for some of the parts needed. Love this place - not so much having to use them. But who likes to have to have their car fixed.

The Service up front was fine. but you did not fix my transmission problem. so, I contacted the corporate office I was not going to put up with come on back and spend more money! A transmission should not have problems at 81,000 miles! And Chey said you would call me on my problem not on my service!

Came with an annoying rattle somewhere in my sun/moon roof. They finally found what was wrong (loose bolt) and fixed it. No more rattle! Also did a recall update on the vehicle's computer system. (Did that without me realizing it was needed.) All under warranty, so no charge!

I went in for an oil change, but had some questions regarding how to put the 3rd row seating down. The technician came out and showed me, however he also found a problem with the headrest not reclining as it should. I will make another appointment for that. Lyle came in to the customer waiting area and said thank you to all who were sitting there, about 4 of us, for using Lewiston Auto for all their car care needs. Never have seen that happen at any other dealership I have used. All good people working there!

I had and unusual "fix it" issue. A message on the dash that read service emergency calling. It was related to On Star but On Star technician was unable to eliminate it from the dash screen. The service technician at LA did it by going through the autos software and eliminate it. Of course it is under warranty so there was no charge. I was very happy, satisfied!

I needed a few things checked in addition to a standard oil change. The guys in the service department checked in multiple times to keep me updated on the progress and what needed to be done to fix problems. 2 hours at a car shop with 2 young children can be tough, but the waiting area is comfortable and even has coloring/activity books for kids. I always feel comfortable and welcome at Lewiston Auto.

Quick prompt service. Before appt I had been at a gas station and the pump had spit gas back at me so my hands and arm had been covered with gas. The service staff offered me cleaner that is used in their service area to help remove as much of the gas as I could, as well as cleaning my steering wheel that I had touched. That's what I call service!!!
