I was in to get an engine recall evaluation, oil change, brake job, and a tire fixed. Given the amount of work that needed to be done, I felt this was all done in a very timely manner. They greeted me right away and got me settled. The technician came and talked to me within the time he had stated that he would and told me what they had found - he explained everything and then once i said it was OK to fix told me how long it would take. The finished in under that time and thus it was less than he had originally quoted. He also took the time to find me a coupon for some of the parts needed. Love this place - not so much having to use them. But who likes to have to have their car fixed.

The Service up front was fine. but you did not fix my transmission problem. so, I contacted the corporate office I was not going to put up with come on back and spend more money! A transmission should not have problems at 81,000 miles! And Chey said you would call me on my problem not on my service!

I had and unusual "fix it" issue. A message on the dash that read service emergency calling. It was related to On Star but On Star technician was unable to eliminate it from the dash screen. The service technician at LA did it by going through the autos software and eliminate it. Of course it is under warranty so there was no charge. I was very happy, satisfied!

I went in for an oil change, but had some questions regarding how to put the 3rd row seating down. The technician came out and showed me, however he also found a problem with the headrest not reclining as it should. I will make another appointment for that. I needed a few things checked in addition to a standard oil change. The guys in the service department checked in multiple times to keep me updated on the progress and what needed to be done to fix problems. 2 hours at a car shop with 2 young children can be tough, but the waiting area is comfortable and even has coloring/activity books for kids. Deborah: Wanted to acknowledge your frustration with trying to buy a new Chevrolet Blazer Premier to replace your current model, but as you know from speaking with our Sales Consultant Brent Anderson, Chevrolet is no longer making the Premier Model Blazer. It is not that we don't want to get you in a new Chevrolet, but the model you want is discontinued and Blazer model in general has been very hard to acquire due to very low production. Very sorry for your situation, but unfortunately, it is beyond our control. The new Blazer should be out next year, and hopefully we can get you what you want.

All in all everything went Fine . The only thing I did not like was how long it took. 50 some days to replace the engine . I’m Not too happy about making two truck payments without being able to use my truck . FYI I know this is not a Lewiston auto issue. It was a GM issue.

Quick prompt service. Before appt I had been at a gas station and the pump had spit gas back at me so my hands and arm had been covered with gas. The service staff offered me cleaner that is used in their service area to help remove as much of the gas as I could, as well as cleaning my steering wheel that I had touched. That's what I call service!!!
