Came in for oil change. Had a problem truck wont start sometimes. Ask service dept about it. When they went to bring it in for oil change won't start. Had a bad starter. They took the time to install New starter so I was very grateful.

I had an issue with a front passenger tire was always losing air and I had had it plugged several times. I was tired of the worry and figured it was time for a new tire. Luckily Jeremy told me there were several things that could have caused my issues and they should be checked out before a new tire was installed. I trust Lewiston Auto to be fair and honest with the care of my car. He could have just sold me a new tire , but was honest and made sure that it was fixed. As a woman who knows nothing about cars , it is so wonderful to be able to trust the technician. That is why I go to Lewiston Auto as my whole family has for many, many years.

The gentleman from the Service Dept. gave me a thorough explanation of the issue with my air conditioner. He did everything possible to remedy the problem. He also told me to return I’d I felt it needed more attention. Locating the leak was challenging, but he put dye in the line so that the problem could be resolved if the freon continues to leak.

I got a recall on my car repaired at no cost to me. I added on my usual oil change. When I picked up my car, the inside was wiped down for dust and the carpet was vacuumed! Add to that a scuff on thr outside of the car had been buffed out with no added cost and just because the technician was taking care of his customer. LA continues to go above and upon good service!

They greeted me right away and got me settled. The technician came and talked to me within the time he had stated that he would and told me what they had found - he explained everything and then once i said it was OK to fix told me how long it would take. The finished in under that time and thus it was less than he had originally quoted. He also took the time to find me a coupon for some of the parts needed. Love this place - not so much having to use them. But who likes to have to have their car fixed.

The Service up front was fine. but you did not fix my transmission problem. so, I contacted the corporate office I was not going to put up with come on back and spend more money! A transmission should not have problems at 81,000 miles! And Chey said you would call me on my problem not on my service!

It was our understanding that after speaking with the technician that performed the work, he was advised that you were much happier with the performance of the transmission after the work that Chevrolet shared in the cost to perform.
